The Only Exception

It was Clarice's birthday ystdy. Unexpected little number of ppl turned up at Sentosa, but like what Clarice said, things are sometimes the best when kept simple, where it may not be that fun, but it helped bond us more together. Soccer at the beach felt like walking on a heated stove, old injury on the feet hurts now after aggrievating it while kicking the ball. Felt like a noob while playing basketball with Qinghai and Jackson..still think I'm not suited to play basketball, hahs. Also played the mini frisbee I brought and did push-ups as forfeits, but was bored aft that. Lazed alrdy on the beach and did some chit chatting. Caught the sunset before washing up. Went to buy our food before meeting at Vivo's rooftop to begin the finale of Clarice's birthday. Thankfully more ppl came and it just lifted up the atmosphere. Ate foot-long from Subway and was full to the max. Surprised Clarice with a cake later on and followed by picture time. The day ended great in the end, am sure there wld still be more outings in future, farewells are never goodbyes.
