3hrs of PD training ystdy went by quite fast, still slightly messy, but at least we got to spot the small little mistakes made by a few individuals to perfect their overall performance. Didnt join the rest for lunch aft training and went home to sleep b4 going to Bukit Timah to meet Jianyi. Went to his church, attended service. Thgh the atmosphere was abit like City Harvest's, it wasnt that crowded. The service was a youth one, thus there were many young teens, all feeling hyperish and jumping till I cld feel the ground trembling. Felt it was quite okay, the smaller number was much better than the huge crowd at CH. Had dinner at Ramen Ramen, wished Clarice and another guy happy birthday followed by cutting of cake. Left the place and headed to Tea Party, where we ate scones as introduced by Jianyi, and with Clarice treating us for it. My purpose for joining them was to just try out the scones, but had to wait till the end of the day to get it. Managed to take the last bus home exactly at 12.01, so cool. Today was spent reading newspapers from yesterday's and today's. Read about a state in Sudan being classified as the world's most hungriest place, since about 46% of the children there are considered malnourished despite social groups aiding to abt 80,000 of them and there are fears the numbers would increase significantly if there isnt any rain for the next few mths to grow crops. Contradictingly, I caught Teen Cribs on MTV, a show which shows rich teens with big and beautiful houses and they wld give a tour arnd their houses to showcase what they have. I must admit I was amazed by how superb their houses were, but after comparing them to the kids in Sudan, the huge gap of social status is really saddening. Met up with the BB & GB seniors to celebrate Yongchun's bday. Headed to Ashton's at Dhouby and it was my first time. Felt so blur when ordering..must have been the calamri rings I have been eating for each dinner the past 2 nights. Planning to catch the movie Date Night tmr, should be watching it alone I guess..cant contain my movie desires any longer. 7:20 PM
