Alright shall post on the trip to China.
Day 1 : Woke up at 4.30am in the morning, met with Nik's n Perry's family, then headed to Changi Airport. Ate Macs then went to check-in, played some X-box 360, b4 departing for China. We took 6hrs of flight then transferried to another for 1hr b4 reaching the destination, Changsha(Zhang Jia Jie). It was my worst experience during a flight trip as i had a terrible motion sickness, so "merlion-ed" twice, each time after the plane touches down for the 2 flights. Met up with the tour group and our tourguide, then sat an hour's bus ride for dinner followed by the hotel. Our tourguide was a funny guy who wanted us to call him 小冬. He explained the schedule we were supposed to have very clearly and told us parts of China's history throughout the 3 days with him. But what i loved about him was his trademark laughter. He wld alwys go laughing " Herherherher", just listening to it wld just make u laugh too, hahs. Was freezing away when we arrived the place for dinner as i didnt brought my proper jacket, moreover i wasnt used to the sudden drop in temperature frm S'pore to China.

Day 2 : Had morning call at 6.30am, ate breakfast, went to look arnd at some scenic places with mountains. China ppl are so imaginative tt they were able to see shapes formed from the mountains, and it was difficult for sme of us unimaginative ppl, lol. Kept walking arnd n took sme jump shots. Still cldnt get use to the temp, but luckily my mum brought a sweater, so felt much better with it on. Tourguide "xiao dong" told us the history of Mao Zedong. Was engrossed in listening to the story, but my heavy eyelids n tired mind gave in, so drifted off to sleep at sme parts of the story. Played cards n watched part of the movie, "House of Wax" in the hotel room. It was kind of ironic since the ppl acting in the movie are Americans speaking Eng, but the words they spoke came out as Chi, even for one of the Negro actor, haha! Guess there was no choice since we were in China =) All of us were totally freaked out just by watching 30 mins of the show, aft tt dunno why they suddenly cut off the show, so went to sleep instead.

Day 3 : Cldnt rmb much abt this day but "xiao dong" told us the remaining history of Mao Zedong, followed by sitting a cable car ride and seeing more mountain scenries. Moreover, the last part of the day was the boarding of our cruise ship called Century Diamond. It has been a long time since i last sat on a cruise aft my last cruise voyage in Star Cruise Virgo which was 5yrs ago or longer.

Day 4 : Breakfast wasnt as grand as what Nik n I thought it wld be, the orange juice was syrupy diluted (worse than my BB parade syrup drink each parade), the iced tea was lyk iced water and the food were nt tt appealing. Still, managed to fill up our stomachs n we went for a walk arnd the whole cruise. Aft which we invited one teenager out of the 12 in our tour group to join us for our card game, as he looked abit lyk Perry, lyk Perry's clone, so being friendly, we invited him.

Day 5 : Went to visit the Three Gorges Dam in Dunhuang, then went bck to the cruise for lunch. Invited the rest of the teens in our tour group to join us in card games b4 playing murderer with cards. Went to the cruise's library n it is a wonder to just see 12 kids sitting down arnd a huge table, winking n catching one another in a game of murderer for 3-4 hrs. In the evening, the cpatain of the ship invited everybody in the ship for a cocktail party, followed by a 11 course dinner.

Day 6 : This was the day where i started to feel bored abt the whole trip as there was nth to do except wake up early, eat breakfast, disembark the ship for our tour excursions, board back the ship for lunch, then head to the library for card games session all the way till dinner, followed by card game session again aft dinner. It is worse than my normal day life, except this wld be relaxing instead. Which was why i made up my mind n headed to the ship's gym for sme workout with Nik, then tried to watch sme tv shows instead.

Day 7 : Usual routine of Days 4-6, except instead of playing cards, a few of us including me watched the HK drama, "The Gem Of Life", while others lazed arnd. The drama was nice, hooked to it, and we even wanted to skip dinner just to watch it. But b4 that, we went to Fengdu, a.k.a, Ghost Town as the town was covered in lots of fog, much less the town is v poor, where most things ar rundown, thats why the name. It is believed that all souls in the world wld cme here once they pass on, lyk a gate to the netherworld or Heaven.

Day 8 : Finally!, Last Day, so we disembark form the ship, headed down to a city called Chongqing, known as China's biggest and most populated city. There is barely wind in the city as it is surrounded by mountains, which keeps the freezing wind out. Went for shopping arnd the city, and it looked quite like Orchard Road at night with lots of shops. Went for steamboat dinner aft shopping( which i didnt bought anythng), before heading to the airport for our flight back to S'pore.

Well it smehow doesnt seem that fun reading from here, experiencing it was way much better! Enjoyed myself for this trip, as it was my 1st time making frens with ppl in a tour group, the tourgroup were nice n humourous, esp the adults. Despite the very bad uncleaniness of the toilets and habit of ppl spitting arnd, I managed to see a different point of view abt China nationals, as they were persistent ppl insisting on helping each other or us without the need of asking and would go an extra mile for just a small tiny matter. Oh, and one more thing....China babies are really cute =] , their parents wld make their child wear lots of winter clothings, making them look lyk stuffed teddy bears and just leave the backside of the child open to the freezy air, haaha. My guess is for easy access if the baby wants to do any business, lol. I saw one baby boy at the airport with 2 rosy red cheeks, so red that u thought smeone had actually pinched his chubby cheeks so hard that they had turned red.

Went to watch Twilight today with Nik, Perry, bro, and 3 other frens whom we made during the trip. The show was abit weird since the 2 main characters were lyk staring at each other almst throghout the whole movie, hahs. But overall it was nice. Shall try going to borrow the whole series frm ppl, nw that i understand why it is so nice, heh. Went to Marcus's hse, one of the 3 frens's hse, for dinner, followed by playing mahjong, where i learnt hw to play abit alrdy. Took a cab home aft tt. Alright, shall stop here for now, shall upload the pics some time later
